Two months after music icons took the Austin City Limits festival stages, the festival has announced its upcoming 2022 dates.
The 2022 festival will take place as usual the first two weekends of October on Oct. 7-9 and Oct. 14-16. Presale for the two-weekend festival kicks off at 10 a.m. Thursday. Those who want early access can sign up for presale early access on the ACL festival website.
For those waiting for a festival lineup before deciding on purchasing tickets, the lineup won't be released for the next few months. Last year's festival lineup which headlined George Straight, Tyler, The Creator and Duran Duran, was released in late May.
Since ACL 2021 was the first festival during the COVID-19 pandemic, proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test was required.
