Two women are in critical condition after a shooting in the 400 block of East Sixth Street—the same place where a shooting took place last month, injuring 14 and killing one.

The Austin Police Department was notified of the shooting just after 2 a.m. Two women were taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries. Police say they do not have a suspect at this time.

This is a developing story that will be updated as more information becomes available.
