The Austin Police Department has cleared and left the building where gunshots were heard at the 10000 block of N. Lamar Blvd.

Three medical patients were evaluated by Austin-Travis County Emergency Medical Service providers on the scene, but none requested a hospital visit and no gunshot wounds were detected.

No other information has been released at this time.
