The announcement comes just before tomorrow's Texas-OU game at the Frank C. Erwin, Jr. Events Center in Austin. A team spokesperson told the Austin American-Stateman Assistant K.T. Turner will be the acting head coach for the game, but no official announcement from the athletics department has been made about the game's status.
Both of the Longhorns basketball games last week were postponed.
