Travis County is reportedly working on a deal to bring Tesla to the Austin area.

Travis County is reportedly considering a deal today that would offer incentives to bring Tesla to the Austin area, the Austin American-Statesman reports.


Both Austin and Tulsa were reported last month to be finalists for the electric car manufacturer's next assembly plant following Elon Musk's conflict with the state of California over reopening the Alameda factory.
